Elloughton-cum-Brough In Bloom are a team of dedicated volunteers who help to keep our Town a tidy and colourful place to live.

By tending to verges, creating and arranging flower beds as well as maintaining boarders and bus shelters.

Apart from getting a small grant from the Town Council we regularly host fund raising events and encourage local business to take apart all to help buy seeds, flowers and planters.

Currently there are 12 volunteers and we are always looking for more.

Each year the team enter in for a Yorkshire In Bloom award. This means because of Elloughton-cum-Brough' status being a town, our area has to compete with Towns such as Driffield, Illkely and Knaresborough.

Despite these more traditionally supported areas Elloughton-cum-Brough has managed to achieve Silver Gilt award status 7 times since 2007 and a Gold Award in 2018 & 2020.

We are always aiming towards a gold award so any help you can offer, either on personal level sparing us maybe as little as 2 hours per week, or you would like to sponsor us as a business please do get in touch

Yours Sincerely,
